Good service arrived promptly and well packaged . Colour was a little darker than expected from their examples on website otherwise would have been 5 stars
Floating shelf was excellent quality and they even made me some custom made Corbels at short notice for extra support after I realised my wall wasn't particularly sound! Thanks Funky Chunky
No problems at all ordering was very easy and delivery was fast. Quality of the product questionable as after only having the product for a few months it has started to split and crack

Cracks and splits are very typical of our Oak as it's air-dried so these features are expected to continue to develop over time as the timber dries. We sent you an email a few weeks ago offering you a replacement made from kiln-dried timber which would be more to your taste, but unfortunately we haven't heard back from you.
