I have not received my order so I am unable to give a proper review. I have had no notification why there is a delay and would not order from this company again unless this situation is resolved...

Hi,
Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. Your order was sent using the 2nd class postage selected when the order was placed. Unfortunately this does not come with tracking and is a 3-5 working day service. Today is the 5th working day and we would expect the order to be with you by the end of the day but there may have been some unforeseen circumstances that have caused a delay with it that are beyond our control.
Hopefully the order will be with you very soon and we apologise if there is a delay with it.
