Order on the 8th of August it's now the 18th and received nothing

I have checked on this for you and I can see that your order was dispatched on the 9th of August, the tracking information shows that delivery was attempted by Royal Mail on the 12th of August and was then marked as available for redelivery or collection from your local depot. I can see that you have now made a redelivery request with Royal Mail for this order, and I hope that it reaches you safely on your chosen date.

Sorry but I have ordered one from Amazon which will be delivered today I will be sending yours back to because going to my son's tomorrow won't be back till the 27th August and it's my granddaughter birthday on Friday and yours will be delivered on the 28th August.I will post-it back on Saturday the 28th for a refund yours sincerely Mr Shaw
When ordering, Chaos Cards have a section for delivery instructions which was completed. They then didn't pass this information on to the delivery company and as a result there was a problem with...
