Unfortunately there is no guarantee of value in the packs but would recommend feeding this back to Wizards of the Coast as manufactures of the product and this would give them a good idea of what the consumer would like in these items.

Sorry to hear that your delivery didn't arrive in time for playing with the group at the weekend after release. Unfortunately we are not allowed to send pre-orders until the day before release as per the manufacturer rules, the time a parcel takes to arrive does vary depending on the delivery option selected. If you do choose to buy a pre-order with us again (we hope you do as we would be sad to lose you as a customer) we would recommend picking swift shipping as that are our guaranteed (next day?) shipping option.Kind regardsAndy
