Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. It is standard procedure for us to ask for name corrections via email so that we can ensure that the changes we make are accurate! Your reservation was taken by telephone. During that process, our reservations team is very diligent about asking for names exactly as they appear on the passports. If the traveler doesn’t have their passport in hand at the time of reservation, we ask for written notification via email within 24 hours so that the correction can be made promptly and without a fee.
