Everything went very well except that I expected a second email telling us to register. The email we got said that if we didn't register by tomorrow the trip would be voided. I was a bit confused...

I have not taken the trip yet but so far they have been helpful .

As I tried to say previously, I do not know if I would recommend them and will not know until I return from my trip. I am disappointed that 4 of us booked, one cancelled and we still had 2 cabins...

It was very easy to book. Only negative was that the included tours were not listed,. Hopefully it is all of them except the ones that are only purchased in Turkey.

Excellent customer service! William Lopez assigned our seats. Knowing our seats will make our trip more enjoyable.

Dawn was VERY helpful and polite as I had lots of questions and she was very patient.

Easy process. I had a question regarding flights, called the info line. The service was excellent, all questions answered. Very happy with everything.
