Easy to booked on line, responded efficiently on my airline needs..
It will be a 5 star if they have the option to Check and choose the airline when booking on line on their web site.

Website is well laid out. Easy to determine what the extras and costs associated with them are. To borrow a phrase from Southwest Airlines, there is transfarency! A very good thing!

Other than sending an email via the site and getting no response the process was fine.
I should be able to get flight information and cost estimate for other departure cities without having to book first. Flight option and additional cost may impact whether I would book.
Yes I had no problem getting my trip booked with them, very helpful and now I am all set I hope looking for a roommate if I can get one, always nice to share fun events, Dubai has been on my bucket...
