When I call Friendly Planet, the customer service agents are friendly, informative and reassuring.

We love booking and traveling with FP. We have been to China, Egypt, Dubai and Kenya. In Nov we will go to Cuba. I tell all friends and family to book through FP. Thank you all!

The on-line process for completing the booking process was user friendly.

I missed 24 hours deadline for registration and got a reminder email. Called the Customer Service, the rep was very friendly and told me not to worry and just finish the registration.
