Hi Margaret! We received your request for a paper catalog on June 18 and one was in the mail by June 21! If you still haven't gotten it by early next week, let us know (you can email aklein@friendlyplanet.com) and we'll send one out again in case it got lost in the mail! Glad the rest of your booking process was smooth.
I have limited computer skills but I found their wedsite easy to navigate and I made a follow up call and I got a human being quickly . I was impressed with the entire procedure to date. Good...
