At the beginning had problems getting communication via email, as I am Deaf and can't use the phone, email is vital for communication. I would have thought this would be on your record.
Renewed my insurance and had a very useful telephone conversation with a helpful and friendly member of staff - a human service not a frustrating automated process!!
