Suffices, but where premiums change significantly there is no explanation or comparatives provided. Auto-renewal is, in my opinion, not necessarily in the customer's interest

Not received promised refund from change over from one house policy to new house policy over a month now

Great attitude by staff on phone, polite and went the extra mile
When renewing my home building insurance the Fresh team were really helpful, friendly and they helped me get the same deal as the previous year, which I was really glad about.
