They were thorough in the on-phone interview. However, I would like to see an on-line presence, Since, I'm overseas (US) it would be nice to either chat or use a video link.

By not giving one price for a quote then changing it when you call to take them up on it - needless to say went elsewhere!

due to the lockdown no opportunity to travel but my insurance still took the full amount of £350 and a refund on our next policy as most insurance providers gave some money back to cover the next...
