Could have been better

Service support was not good between shipper and Forward to me. As a result had to pay to have item sent twice. And delay of additional week.

Hi there, Many thanks for your feedback. I am sorry you feel dissatisfied with our service. I understand you have been left frustrated due to ongoing customs issues with your DHL shipment. Please be assured I have one of my experienced senior customer experience agents looking into this issue further for you as we speak and they will be back in touch with you via email to discuss this issue with you in more detail and ensure we get this resolved. We hope this matter does not deter you from using our services again in the future and that you will reconsider your current rating of our services. Kind Regards Hayley
