Poor support
Was OK, the feedback and communication of what would happen was poor though. A 5 minute conversation on the phone every few weeks does not really count as tutor support.

Great to speak to you earlier. I’m sorry again you didn’t feel supported. As promised I’ve looked into how we can improve.
