Flight was on time. Aeroplane was clean and crew very pleasant. Less than 1 1/2 hours to Palma!

Many Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed by the on board service and are currently reviewing different options for our 2018 programme. Longer durations are possible on almost all of our Tenerife departures, however as you travelled on our last departure of the season only 7 nights were available.
