Delivered the money - but had to chase up several times ...

We did get our money in the end, but the service is dis-organised and we had to keep chasing for the money owed, as we were told it had been paid to FDS.

Hi, Many thanks for your review of your experience with Flight Delay Specialists. I have had a look in to your case and I can see that the airline in question for your delay was Thomas Cook. Unfortunately Thomas Cook have a tendency to make group payments to us for more than one claim and not identify which passengers are included in the group payment. It can then take a little time for the airline to then confirm which specific passengers were included in these group payments. This was the reason that you had to wait for the money to be allocated to you. We apologise for this delay and hope this wasn't too much of an inconvenience.
