Thanks for the feedback. Without seeing your car there is a chance the lip on the ends of the mat just need to be pushed down between the dash and side pillars. The lip is a design feature (along with the velcro) to help stop the mat slipping around while you drive. If you want to call 03 8348 5311 we'll be able to dig into this a bit more.

I ordered a mat for a Ford Ranger and got one for a BT-50 instead. Have wrote to you and let you know this and never heard anything back.
