Thank you for your review - your feedback is valuable and appreciated. We are sorry if you felt overwhelmed - we understand there is a lot of information to take on board when the heating engineers are giving you all of the options. The engineers are trained not to be pushy - we know customers do not respond to these sorts of tactics. We will speak with the engineer and offer further training. With regards to the price we are unable to answer questions until the survey is complete as this will dictate the room measurements and volume, kilowatt requirements etc and this information all lends itself to your final figure. 

We are glad that all is well now. When we spoke on the phone none of the above was mentioned in conversation and we do regret not being given the chance to apologise or assist you further. Moving forwards we know you will be very happy with your new controllable smart storage heating - especially during those nippy spells that we keep getting!

Thank you for choosing Fischer to heat your property. We are confident your tenants will be very comfortable when the property is let out! 

The two heaters in question do have the sensors located underneath. This is because sometimes they are used in smaller spaces and bathrooms so the sensor is located underneath for safety (condensation for instance). This is simply an EU regulation. The bedroom heater is an upright due to the restricted space. But don't worry, the sensors are just as responsive to their respective thermostats as the heaters with their sensors on the side!
