We're sorry to hear that your journey with us has not run as smoothly as our Customers can normally expect.
As this incident occurred over a year after your installation we cannot assume that this is an installation fault as this would have become apparent much sooner. Had this been a fault with your original installation we would have happily sent a team to you free of charge to rectify the problem.
However, on this occasion as so much time has elapsed since your installation, it would be impossible to determine what exactly caused your heater to come away from the wall and any service call deemed to be outside of the scope of the guarantee is chargeable.
At the time of your reporting this incident, the photographs taken by our Engineer were shown to our Electrical Contracts Manager and our Managing Director in order to determine whether the Service Call would be chargeable, both of whom agreed that this matter was not an installation fault and therefore, as per the terms and conditions of your contract, any service call to rectify this matter would be chargeable.

Thanks for the reply. It was not well over a year when we first reported this problem it was early March when we started to spring clean the conservatory and we didn't notice the heater leaning forward because it is hidden behind a sofa. I have completed a full report of the problem and it was caused by the installation engineer using the wrong size threaded hooks in the raw plugs fitted 4mm instead it 6mm. Trading standards have this report at the moment
