We have sent a step - by - step guide in the post for you which should help when you come to changing the settings, however if you find that you struggle with anything or have any questions at all, you're always welcome to contact our Customer Care Team here in the office who will be happy to help you.

Good afternoon Mr & Mrs Marshall and thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry to see you have chosen to leave a 1 star review - When you reported to us that the heater was coming away from the wall this was in fact well over a year after your installation. Had there been an issue with the installation, this would have become apparent much sooner than 1 year later. We informed you that a call out fee would be applicable and you advised that you would get back to us - since then we have heard nothing from you regarding this matter.

Lol Fischer heat also contacted me to ask if they could provide us their energy and as I was telling them about the level of service I had received the guy hung up on mean do you call that good customer service??? But as I said in my earlier comment NO RAWL plugs were fitted to the brackets which were secured to a plaster board wall DOH cowboy installation . Since I carried out fixing them myself the brackets have not moved a single millimetre after a longer time period so it goes to show if the job is done right there are never anything to worry about.
