Good morning! We appreciate your review. As per our terms and conditions, the receivers and thermostats for our heaters come with a 2-year warranty. Unfortunately, the replacement for the faulty receiver fell outside this warranty period, resulting in the associated cost.
Regarding the smaller heater you purchased, please note that our policy does not allow exchanges for heaters. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
