Excellent Service and fast dispatch - very impressive!!
Your order was despatched within two days but was unfortunately slowed through the postal system. We ship all of our orders as promptly as possible but sometimes things happen beyond our control.
We do pride ourselves on offering some of the best customer service and lowest prices around and we are sorry our service was not up to our high standards in this instance.

Speedy delivery, well packaged and complete in one delivery
My item was delayed and delayed as it was not in stock. Then they sent the wrong pen. Then it was again delayed and delayed until they got the right one in by which time i think 3 months had passed....
