It’s seems to me, once widows are fitted no one really cares about coming down to acces issues, was told about a visit yesterday or today, after numerous calls we are busy doing othet things family issues wages, make another call to head office yesterday promised someone will call,that never happened. It’s easy to get upset when things don’t go to plan, but Kevin come round with Julian and Adrian to sort out problems above bay window, for they worked out how to go about and the results were outstanding, they ripped out all the rendering made up fixings put in insulation and finished with a plastic fillet. You went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Still a couple of things to do which I know will get done Thank you again.
