Listen to customer needs. Accept your faults. Quality of you product is good but you need to explain to customers what have you written on the contact don’t deceive them with fancy word.

I've followed up on your order, it appears that you received the door handles that was specified on your order and signed for. Unfortunately I understand that you wanted different handles after the installation which meant we did have to change them for you incurring the additional fee for the new handles.

I wanted different handle after the installation that is wrong statement. I ask that to first sales person than ask to surveyor and I even wanted the same key for all locks. Which I didn’t get. Your contract shows lock as “lever” when I ask your surveyor he said it will be same as you have previously. Your contract should show “lever/ lever or lever/pad. As I mentioned Your company is not willing to accept their fault so you have lost three customers in this process. Thanks

I paid £4200 for one front door, back door and patio. Do you thing it a fair price you can get windows and doors for the whole house. I understand your quality is good but after paying over £4000 we shouldn’t have that treatment.

Happy with survey and installation. Not happy that representative showed me an out-of-date brochure and that the current one has not been received despite the surveyor asking the office to send one....

All round goodservice

The sales guy was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions regarding our new door. The fitters where polite and tidy they came in and used dust sheets and took all the mess with them ...

First the windows dont fit . Then cant fit the right window .Keep changing dates . Very poor service. Not helpful. Waste of money. Windows not as described.

Fine. Difficult for the less able, especially if their hands are weak.

Fast clean and friendly service. explained the rather complicated locking system. The door looks smart and bright. I had to order 3 more keys to give to various people to be able to get in in case...
