Many thanks for the feedback. I have checked this order and no embroidery was ordered so this is the reason the sweatshirts have been supplied as plain garments.
You were in contact with one of our Account Managers over a month ago regarding some embroidered caps but the order progressed no further than a quote. Is it possible that you have confused the two orders?
If the sweatshirts are not needed please let me know and we can arrange for them to be returned to us for a refund.
