Good service, nice bench

Good service, Nice bench. No instructions tho, so my bench will forever be slightly misconstructed. Also a slight design fault means that water gathers on the arms when it would do better to drain

The first parasol I received appears to have been a 'rogue' which slipped through the quality control arrangements. Once Field & Hawken contacted me about my review, they were very proactive - particularly the lady who dealt with me by email - in providing me with a replacement, and the new one fully meets its description

Good service but quality of product doubtful

The service was absolutely fine but the quality of the table left something to be desired. A split in one of the legs and joints in the top that should have been glued but moved freely when pressed....
