Thank you for the feedback Mark. As I am sure you are aware, couriers are trying to reduce re-deliveries in the current pandemic but that is out of our control.
We do often use the same boxes for delivery as it seems a waste and harmful to the environment to just send out more packaging. I will reply to the other comments on the product, thank you.

If this is too sensitive due to wind or other environmental factors we suggest covering in foilage and using a small, lightweight piece of that to aid the door. Thank you
