Hi Richard, apologies about that. We are taking a look into this for you. It was despatched on the 9th and as it is an international order it can take a little bit longer to be delivered. We will look into this for you immediately and get back to you.

The company acted swiftly after my one star review and my order was delivered the next day. The goods delivered were exactly as expected but as the delivery charge was more than the cost of the goods ordered I think the shipping process could have been better.
