Hi Sue. I asked one of my colleagues to chase this up with the courier for you this morning, and we have been assured that your order is out for delivery today, to be with you by 13:00 at the latest. If there are any issues at all with this, however, please do get back in touch. Our large parcel courier is under a bit of strain at the moment, but we are in touch with them on a daily basis to try to make sure there are as few delays as possible. As we were not able to get this to you as quickly as we usually do, however, I will be asking for a refund to be issued to you for the carriage paid on your order. We remain at your disposal if you have any questions or concerns in the meantime.
