Thanks so much for your feedback! If the 8 and 10 were a touch too bitter, we'd suggest using the short shot setting, around 40mls, to help bring out the best flavour without over-extracting. You can always add a splash of milk or hot water after — just be sure to remove the pod first. Really glad to hear the delivery and service were on point too ☕🙂
