Friendly and helpful, but did not email me the final pack without me calling them. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Not the usual Explore high standard. Poor guide, poor accommodation and very long bus journeys in a small bus with very small leg room. If you are over 6 feet tall you will struggle.

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your feedback. Due to the harsh local conditions even the newest of vehicles look rather battered, very quickly. I am sorry that the truck had some difficulties this fell to a vehicle getting beached in the sand and the second vehicle suffering the same issue. I would like to reassure you that it was a not a breakdown but local road conditions - resolved by the backup team arriving swiftly to dig them out. Please be reassured the seat was reported and repaired.
