We’re sorry for the confusion caused. Theme park tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, they are not purchased for a specific date. Park operating days and hours are managed by the venue and can change due to maintenance or other operational reasons with WhiteWater World being open seasonally on selected days from September to April. We recommend checking the park’s current opening schedule before selecting a date.

I couldn’t connect using a VPN for security. Also there was no explanation as to why some dates and times were ‘unavailable’

Thank you for your feedback. Availability can vary depending on supplier allocations and peak demand, which can result in some dates and times not being offered. The experience you have booked is run on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday with all availability for these dates being shown on our website to allow you to book for the next available date.

Okay we booked tickets for Sydney Zoo today but our conformal
Never arrived. We had to buy new tickets when we go to the zoo. I could not find anywhere where to get my refund very poor
