They are vey helpful with what you need and if anything is missing they will let you know. They are also very quick to reply to emails. They have helped me catch up on my taxes.

I'm sorry we were slow this year, we've grown quite a bit more than we expected so we've been a little stretched.
In the past 3 months, 16 new full-time team members have joined us and we've got another 11 starting before the next tax season begins.
I hope you'll give us another shot next year, we'll do our very best to provide an excellent service once again.
