Hi, thank you for your kind comments and feedback. In order to stiffen the rods and permit to sit securely try painting on a clear coat of nail varnish to the areas that are of concern to you. This will add an invisible layer to the surface and making it thicker. This should help the rods to sit more securely. Hope this helps.

Excellent and fast service. Could do with better packing and boxes though, there was a hole the size of one of the models in the side of the box when it arrived.

Thanks for your kind comment about our excellent and fast service. We noted your feedback about the packaging. Unfortunately, some parcels are subjected to rough handling but we do our best to protect customer's parcels. We use double-walled cardboard boxes and source bespoke box sizes to ensure items are well protected. However, we note your comment and if you can email us a picture of the box in question we will highlight this concern to the courier.
