And, we are glad that you took advantage of this and received our 25% discount. Purchases can be made over the phone at the undiscounted price, but our current policy is to encourage online sales in order that we may pass those savings on to our customers. We also offer office hours telephone and email support. If you were to amend one of your insured bikes, unlike some companies we do not charge any Administration Fee and any increase in the Sum Insured is only charged on a pro rata basis. And whether the changes are conducted over the phone or via email, the original discount is applied to the change. We think that this is great value and should you find a similar quality insurance that is cheaper, Administration Fee free and you can provide us with a copy of their quote, we will endeavour to price match.
