Customer service is terrible. The staff are friendly, but the systems are so badly designed that the staff can not give you any answers regarding delivery times, dates, or even how to contact...
No experience with them, I'll never purchase another thing from them again. They use the cheapest and most backward delivery service. Absolutely abysmal.
