Dear Ms. Lydia Grotti, Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted you were so happy with your guide Waleed. He's worked with us for many years and we're very proud of him and how he looks after our travellers. Thank you also for your budgeting suggestion - we'll add something to our tour notes about the photo tickets at the sites. The feluccas do indeed only sail during daylight hours - there are strict rules for safety reasons which prevent them from sailing at night. We'll add some wording to make this clearer, and I'm sorry for any disappointment caused.

Hi,Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted you had such a great time with us in Jordan. I am sorry however about your arrival issues. We don't have a record of any missed calls on our UK 24hr number, but did spot a misleading way we were describing the code for the Jordan number on our vouchers which has been updated. Our apologies again for any inconvenience caused!
