While the flight itselft was fine and the service was out of this world, we had several delays totalling well over an hour. This is what happens when you book with Virgin I suppose.

Was able to save a substantial sum compared to my usual ticket cost to Tokyo. Thanks guys I will be back.

Last minuite pricing on NYC to London business class, is insane but thankfully EFC is always there to save the day. My go to for anything in business class.
