Good but minus a rack........

EXCELLENT SO FAR We are very pleased with the dish washer but still learning how to use it. In the instruction booklet it states "to insert rack" But we do not have a rack only the baskets that...

Regarding to the "rack", this is purely terminology. Racks/baskets are one in the same thing. Some manufacturers will refer to them as racks and others baskets. Nothing is missing, when the manual refers to the rack you can also take that to mean basket.

Regarding the rack, I would like to assure you that nothing is missing. To clarify the "rack" referred to in the manual is also the basket. Manufacturers use varying terminology calling them either racks, baskets or trays.
