Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork and that this caused frustration. That’s never the experience we want for our customers. To provide clarity, the documents you review, and sign are the exact same documents used to complete and finalize your loan—nothing is changed after your signature. We also want to remind customers that they have 48 hours to review all documents before signing, giving you ample time to ask questions or request clarification on anything that may be unclear. That said, we understand that details can be easy to miss when there is a lot to review, and we take your concerns seriously. If you would like us to go through the paperwork with you or review your agreement together, we’re more than happy to assist. Please call us at 1‑888‑502‑3279 so an agent can further assist you. Your experience matters to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
