Awful company. We have bought more than 16 sets of lights from them over the last year. All the exact same serial numbers, batch numbers etc. but on putting the lights together we discovered about 4...

We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service. You had originally got in touch with us prior to placing your order in an attempt to colour match with the lights you received from us previously. We sent the lights you needed however as there can be slight discrepancies in colour between batches, unfortunately they did not exactly match the lights you already have. We were then very happy to refund your latest order in full. At all times we have been prompt in our responses to you and as promised your refund was processed promptly and without question.
