Very good customer care if things go a little wrong.

Brilliant service, easy to use website. Item arrived much earlier than expected.

Superb service - was even called to check spelling on personalisation. Order completed within 24 hours. Very impressed, will recommend.

Polite customer service and useful product advice

Everything good

The goods were great but delivery took some time to say it cost £4.95. I wouldn't order anything I needed in a hurry

Very quick delivery, but I cannot give appreciation of the products as they were sent to a GB address (I live in France) as Christmas present to family in GB.

It was absolutely fine for an online service. Update on delivery would have been useful.

Keep you informed and provide prompt service

Great service will use again
