Poor customer service....No reply to emails and after a telephone conversation,the agreement was not acted upon.
Will not use again or recommend.

Just to confirm that we did refund the Gift Box on the day of the telephone conversation. If you could check this out and perhaps confirm this was the case, if not we will obviously take this up with our payment provider.
