It’s such a relief to come across a truly professional and competent company who deliver as promised. The embossed snuggle blanket was a delight enjoyed by the recipient and coveted by her friends.
3 stars atm as I've not opened my towels yet or washed them...however, still packaged they do look good.
Really disappointed I could not see a visual / proof of where the monogram would be before...

Thank you for your honest feedback about the website preview. We used to have a proof tool, but we found that it caused conflicts with other parts of the website and on surveying customers they'd prefer alternative features to work properly/ better speed vs. the preview feature. Amazon offers the preview feature but other sites like Etsy don't, so we decided to keep the website simple to avoid ongoing issues/issues in the rest of the purchasing experience.

Thankyou for your reply. I would have been happy to purchase from Amazon in order to use the preview feature. When I rang to discuss this issue, purchase from Amazon was not mentioned. However the towels have now been opened and used. Gorgeous quality, nice size and fab monogramming!
Absolutely excellent quality and price. Ordered 2 personalised fleece throws. So happy with the results. Large blankets, excellent stitching. Highly recommend.
