The use of the Drive SA website is efficient, providing different options of rental car companies and complete info of the available cars, inclusions and exclusions. We recommend it.

We believe that all issues with regards to the vehicle and rental have been addressed by the Supplier and ourselves respectively and can confirm that an upgrade to a larger camper was provided.

The website says office hours are from 07:00am but to mu surprise, I could only get through a consultant after 08:00am.

Service at the office was great . But nobody tells you that it take 3/4 working day for your money to reflect back in your bank account.
Not happy about that .
Is it only Bidvest that do’s that .

The time frame for the deposit release is standard with all Car Rental Suppliers (not including 4x4 and Campers). Kindly refer to the following insert under the heading "Rental Security Deposits" on our confirmation email
"These funds are released within 3-7 working days after the rental vehicle is returned"
