We are pleased to hear that the standard road vehicle booked and confirmed was in good condition.
The vehicle confirmed was with one of our 4x4 suppliers as all others were fully booked for your selection over the peak period in December. Their paperwork is a little more detailed, but this is because they also have equipped vehicles on their fleet and we apologise for any delays this may have caused.
Easy renting, friendly personnel and non-complicated returning.

Thank you for your feedback received and the details surrounding your collection.
As I'm sure you can understand with peak season in the Western Cape unfortunately it does take slightly longer for vehicle collections with so many travellers to our beautiful city.
We will however pass the details on to our supplier to see how they can improve and ease the process especially during these busy seasons.
lors de la réservation = Ok, mais lors de la prise en charge du véhicule, aucune assistance (on vous rappellera...) . Nous n'avons eu plus qu'à nous débrouiller avec le loueur. Bref organisme qui...
