Thing is I've never had an issue when I joined Discovery and I regret leaving it, I love the med aid and it's just perfecf

Richard gave us an excellent service, it did not feel like a medical aid interview but rater a welcome home hospitality session.He was patient ,knowledgable and answered all our questions.

My questions were adequately answered however when I needed a service and did not fall into any available category I could not recieve the service whatsoever with no other options

The service I have received was very good,the lady explained everything and she was very patient .I will recommend discovery medical aid to anyone who will want to join.
