Bad service by the consultant
Hated every bit of the result as the consultant signed me up for things that we didn’t agree on and to top it off a debit was sent out and the agreement was month end.

I am trying to cancel my policy and they switch me from detention department. Eventually they said they would call me back. Seems like a retention tactic.
