The advisor Mbali was excellent!

The consultant had the wrong plan and I had to phone about 2 times which lasted about 20min each time before the plan was change so i was disappointed.

Précise overview of the plans and what's offered. Explained vitality benefits well and it made it easier to take up this service in addition to the medical aid
