Upon liaising with an Agent at Discovery to change my scheme to a higher one, I was not advised that I cannot do this until year end. Caused so much distress to get back onto my old scheme and now...

Not happy because i have a chronic blood pressure problem and they put me on a 1 year waiting period. i also have sinus with change of season and because i was honest and said i have sinus now...

They still haven’t resolved my issue a month later
